Fabula Paris 4

Fabula: The most fabulous pop-up restaurant in Paris

If you are looking for a unique dining experience in Paris, you don’t want to miss Fabula, the pop-up restaurant nestled in the gardens of the Musée Carnavalet, the museum of the history of Paris. Fabula is open for its second season, starting from May 5th, after a successful debut last year with Top Chef Thibaut Spiwack at the helm.

This year, Fabula welcomes another Michelin-starred chef, Julien Dumas, who has created a menu inspired by the sublime French gardens of the museum and the Mediterranean sea. The dishes are an ode to the vegetable kingdom, with herbs playing a leading role. Think gnocchi with Parisian ricotta, roasted eggplant and rocket pesto, or sea bass ceviche with peach and tarragon leche de tigre. To accompany these delicacies, you can sip on some signature cocktails crafted by Remy Savage, who was voted the best mixologist in the world in 2022. His creations echo the naturalist inspiration of the chef, with ingredients like elderflower, basil and lemon verbena.

Fabula is more than just a restaurant, it’s a dreamy escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. You can enjoy your dinner under the wild ivy that hangs along the walls of the most iconic mansion in the Marais district. You can admire the beauty of the renovated museum and its collections, which tell the story of Paris from its origins to today. You can feel the magic of a timeless evening, where everything is possible.

Fabula is open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, from 7:30 pm to 2 am. You can book your table online or by phone. During the day, you can also enjoy a snack menu made with seasonal and homemade products, available in self-service. Fabula is only open until October, so don’t wait too long to discover this fabulous place!
