Micho by Julien Sebbag is back!
During the lockdown Julien Sebbag was offering Mediterranean street food and we loved it! We are so excited that this tasty offering has made a comeback and that he has opened a permanent shop is now open in Paris 1!
Micho, shows us a casual side to this inspired chef! Offering ultra soft brioche buns with a choice of exciting fillings it will certainly please all. In the previous pop up store the menu included:
- The Stew – slow cooked beef, sweet potatoes, red cabbage salad, hazelnuts, parsley and paprika.
- The Roast – rosemary roast chicken, fresh fennel salad, radish, soft boiled egg, spring onions and black garlic aioli.
- The Spring – stracciatella di bufala, kalamata olives, candied tomatoes, arugula, dried oregano, pine nuts and wild garlic pesto
All of the sandwiches were generous in size and paired perfectly with his mouth watering paprika roasted potatoes! We hope to see all this and more in the new location!
In addition to the above, Chef Sebbag heads up a number of other restaurants including Chez Oim, Tortuga, Creatures and Forest. Each restaurant has its very own style and personality! Check out our post on Forest if you want to try more of his range!
