Le Petit Vendôme Paris 2

A pure Parisian bistro just a stone’s throw away from Place Vendôme and Rue de la Paix (the most expensive street in French monopoly!)

It is the type of establishment you might pass and not give a second glance to. The restaurant has been largely untouched or modernized and retains a rustic charm that represents many neighborhood bistros in the city. Think red & white check tablecloths, saucisson in the window and an extensive display of the best of French wines!

The real attraction however is the traditional bistro cuisine! All the classics are up for grabs.

For lunch or dinner, you can start by a selection of egg mayonnaise, French onion soup, wild snails or homemade foie gras! To follow traditional andouillette sausage, confit canard, escalope de veau or pied de cochon for the courageous diners! If you still have space for a little more then their selection of cheese or delicious homemade desserts will not disappoint!

For a more casual bite take a seat at the bar and sample their most renowned dishes… a traditional jambon beurre or mixte baguette! Made to order with the highest quality ingredients!

If you don’t take our word for it then be advised even David Leibovitz once stated ‘’this address is one he would recommend to a tourist who wants to eat like a Parisian’’ and this little gem is packed full of locals. So if you want to ‘’eat where Parisians eat’’ then Le Petit Vendôme is not to be missed!
