Where to eat in Paris in August?!

Paris in August … a famously quiet time in the city due to the mass exodus of Parisians who go on summer vacation, leaving mostly tourists (and a few locals) behind to enjoy its many sights all for themselves.

Whilst this can be an idyllic time in the city with a slower pace it can also make it tricky to find somewhere to eat because the restaurant owners are also on holiday!

We don’t want you standing before closed doors so here is a quick recap of some must try restaurants, near the most iconic attractions, that are open throughout the month!

Eiffel Tower

Hanami Paris

The perfect lunch spot nestled in the Trocadero Gardens with views of the Eiffel Tower! This little gem is a Japanese inspired food court, decorated with traditional ‘’yatai’’ stalls and offers an extensive street food menu. A relaxed, yet memorable, dining experience.

Girafe

Nestled in the heart of the Cité de l’Architecture with breath taking views of the Eiffel Tower this seafood restaurant is worth a visit and is open throughout the month of August!
