French bistro food in a retro venue with an excellent cocktail menu.
Step back in time when stepping into Silencio des Prés!
The timeless black furniture, large leather banquets and wooden interior will bring you back to a time of glamour and Parisian culture. This venue, historically a cinema hall and cabaret, has been tastefully reimagined by Studio KO, and is now one of the hottest addresses for dinner on the Paris left bank.
Silencio des Prés, the baby brother of the iconic club Silencio, imagined by David Lynch, is a quieter beast but still a party scene opening until 2am Tuesday to Saturday.
The menu is a hybrid mix of timeless traditional dishes created by Guillaume Sanchez (Top Chef Season 8 and chef of starred restaurant Neso).
The revisited dishes include crustaceans, ravioli, lobster rolls and tartare to name just a few. But the restaurants sharing dishes of lamb shoulder, rib eye steak and black angus T-bones are worth a call out. Succulent, high quality products cooked to perfection and served with fresh sides that will make any group smile.
In addition to the jovial atmosphere and haute cuisine the extensive cocktail menu, created by Rémy Savage is worth a try! It is a good thing they are priced at just €15 each as who could choose between a gimlet, expresso martini, a margarita or his many other signature creations.
In summary this is the perfect address to go out with friends enjoy the cocktails, the upbeat music and to observe some stylish people.
