A trendy yet casual Thai restaurant close to St. Germain and ideally placed on a quintessential Parisian street next to the iconic Le Bon Marché department store.
The Crying Tiger is a perfect example of Parisian bistro meets Asian cuisine. Timeless décor, custom crockery and a relaxed vibe has you feeling at ease the moment you enter.
The cuisine is simple, authentic and 100% homemade. On the menu, let’s start with the starters: satay chicken skewers, raviolis and traditional soups. To continue fresh and tasty salads, rice noodles, a selection of curry’s and of course a crying tiger: marinated and grilled angus beef served with a herb salad and sticky rice. For those with a sweet tooth (and space after all that came before!), you have a choice of traditional desserts like fresh mango and sticky rice, sorbets and Perles du Japon. We can vouch for the quality, freshness and authenticity of the satay and crying tiger beef and cannot but recommend the ‘’salade de papaya verte’’!
This is the perfect spot to unwind and eat well after an afternoon of shopping in Bon Marché!
But the good news is that The Crying Tiger team also offer click & collect and delivery options with Deliveroo! So if your energy is depleted and you want to take a tasty bite home with your
shopping bags then you can. I recommend click and collect as when dining in the restaurant recently we observed some Deliveroo orders sitting for a while before the courier arrived.
