Chef Sarah Mainguy, runner up of Top Chef 2021, has announced the opening of her new pop-up restaurant in Paris!
Le Grand Vacarme is inspired by her Nantes based restaurant, Vacarme. Her ethos and inspiration when cooking is to predominantly use natural, locally sourced vegetal cuisine and revisit classic bistro recipes.
In addition to some new recipes, Sarah will serve the dishes that stood out in this year’s competition. In particular the leek millefeuilles with anchovy and goat’s milk and her infamous dessert of tomato candy cherry, tomato marmalade, and fresh verbena.
These stunning dishes will all be served nestled in a tranquil garden courtyard of the Le Grand Quartier.
