Chef Amandine brings us ”brioche dwiches” – a twist on classis sanDWICHES. However, there is nothing classic about the recipes on offer and the gourmet fillings are contemporary, fresh, original and exciting.
The menu can change based on seasonal produce but some of her stand out options include:
- Dwich Truffé – burrata, artichokes, artichoke cream and truffle
- Plein Sud – brioche by Thierry Breton, prawns , feta, pesto, hard boiled eggs and fresh vegetables
- Ris de veau qui tue – sweetbread, roasted hazelnuts and button mushrooms
